RETURN POLICY

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Therefore if you are unsatisfied with the product you purchased, you may return it within 30 days of the SHIP DATE with the original packaging. There will be no restocking fees.

All returns and exchanges must be authorized by SkinCare Fundamentals and returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. NO CASH REFUNDS. CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY.

Please note that SCF does not permit the return of:

  • - Products purchased, new or used, at a location other than this website
  • - Used skin care products
  • - Products purchased and used to treat a condition it was not intended for
  • - Products returned more than 30 days from date of shipment.
  • - Products returned without a valid itemized receipt or invoice.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If the item you ordered arrives defective or damaged you are required to contact SCF within 48 hours of delivery so that we might help resolve the issue quickly. In this case we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. For all other orders, you are responsible fore the cost of return shipping and may use any bona fide carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) of your choice.

Shortages or Wrong Item Delivered

If there is a shortage or mistake in your order, please contact SCF by email (info@skincarefun.com) within 48 hours of delivery, so that we may resolve the problem quickly.

Canceling an Order

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment once it is returned to us.

Return Authorization

To have a return authorized, email the following information to info@skincarefun.com:

  • - Name of Purchaser
  • - Date of Purchase
  • - Name of Product
  • - Number of the Sales Receipt or Invoice
  • - Reason for return
  • - Photo of item
